We have absolutely loved watching Fountain Inn blossom over the last few years! We’ve only owned Burdette Hardware since 2018, but Connor is a fourth generation Main Street business owner and continuing his family legacy here in Fountain Inn is so important to us.

B.W. Burdette opened his bicycle shop in 1899 in Simpsonville, SC. Over the years the shop evolved into dry goods and, later, hardware. The historic downtown Curtis St. location was built in 1926 and still stands today as Burdette Central. Brothers Alan and Art McCraw purchased the business from Burdette’s descendants in 1986. After over 30 years of growth and service, and expanding into Fountain Inn, the brothers sold their business to Alan’s son, Connor, and his wife, Dusti, in November 2018. Connor and Dusti are proud to be continuing the legacy of the Burdette and McCraw families as they serve the Upstate with all of their hardware and industrial supply needs.

Come shop Downtown Fountain Inn this holiday season! Our local businesses and restaurants will be open and have fun things for the whole family to enjoy!
Join us for extended hours from 8am to 4pm on November 25th, 2023. We will have storewide sales, limited edition Christmas tees, face painting, and more! Spinx Cluk Truck will be open from 11am-2pm with their delicious chicken lunches. The Christmas tree lot will also be open all day!
We offer local delivery in Upstate South Carolina for a small fee based on mileage. Let us know what you’re looking for; no project too big or small! We’re happy to deliver to homes and businesses.
